Environmental

 

We are committed to reaching a goal of Net Zero by 2035 by pro-actively reducing the environmental impact of our business operations, through the services and products we offer to our clients and the partnerships we have with suppliers.

We have developed Carbon Smart (our own PAS 2050 foot printing and offsetting product) to help our clients further reduce the environmental impact of their comms through building understanding, developing reduction strategies, and responsibly offsetting the carbon footprint of their printed communications.

We are committed to operating in a transparent, ethical and lawful manner. We govern our business and our operations in a way that supports trust and long-term relationships with our people, clients, suppliers and wider community.

We have dedicated roles in governance and compliance and information security and a CIPS qualified purchasing team supporting to help ensure our operations and those of our suppliers are robust. Signal is part of a Group called Digital Technology Advisory Group Ltd (DTAG).

Strengthen our governance credentials with the alignment to relevant Codes of Conduct and Business Acts to support our ESG framework.

Accreditations

We are proud to be LRQA certified for our environmental (ISO14001) and quality management (ISO9001) systems, as well as our data processing capability (ISO27001).

As part of our ESG commitment we evaluate our business sustainability practices through EcoVadis. The EcoVadis assessment includes four key themes:

  • Environment
  • Labour & Human Rights
  • Ethics
  • Sustainable Procurement

In 2024 we once again achieved the EcoVadis Gold standard, the second year running and only our third year of taking part in the assessment.  This places Signal in the top 5% of companies globally.
